The Denville Public Library Board of Trustees, at the meeting held on January 8th , passed two
resolutions for professional services in accordance with NJ Public Contract Law. One was a year long
contract to Douglas S. Zucker, Esq. of Hatfield Schwartz Law Group, LLC, at a fee of $200.00 per hour for legal
services. The other, a year long contract to Wielkotz & Co, LLC not to exceed $3,875 for auditing services.
The resolutions and contracts are on file and available for public inspection in the Library’s office.

The Board of Trustees of the Denville Public Library will meet in regular session on the second Thursday of each month in 2026 at 7:00pm on

January 8, February 12, March 12, April 16*, May 14, June 11, July 9, August 13, September 10, October 8, November 12, and December 10.

*April’s meeting will be held on the 16th which is the 3rd Thursday.

The Board of Trustees of the Denville Public Library will have an informal meeting with the Mayor and Council on Tuesday, January 27th in Council Chambers at Town Hall at 7pm. No formal business will be conducted.
