Yoga: Static & Dynamic Stretching – In Person

FreeStart the new year off with a morning of Static and Dynamic Stretching ( Static = holding a stretch at the point of tension for 15 – 60 seconds.
Dynamic = controlled, flowing movements) combined with yoga and breathwork led by Yogini Karen Noel. Classes for this session of yoga will run from January 6 – February 10. Please register here for all six sessions. Donations to help cover the costs of this ongoing program are always appreciated. The suggested donation is $5 per class.
