Yoga as a Holistic Practice: Mindfulness and Self-Awareness – In Person

Yoga encourages a greater awareness of the mind and body, promoting mindfulness and self-regulation.  Join us for a morning of breathwork, mediation and yoga.  Classes will run from September 9 through October 14th.  Please register once for the series below. There is limited space – please consider your ability to attend all sessions before registering. All you need to bring is your yoga mat and a water bottle.  There is a suggested donation of $5 per class.
