Join us for a six week session of yoga, breathwork and meditation with instructor Karen Noel. Session dates are: March 26, April 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30. Please bring your yoga mat, wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Donations to help cover the costs of this ongoing program are always appreciated. Registration is for the series.
