Preparing meals weekly offers many benefits including saving time in the kitchen, ensuring there are healthy, well-balanced options readily available with minimal effort, and helps to avoid turning to quick and convenient packaged processed foods or takeout meals that could be higher in fat, sodium, and calories than one’s diet needs. During our time, we will discuss strategies, why it is beneficial, and how it can amplify your current diet. You’ll receive some great recipes too!
