Sound Bath – In Person

Join local Morris County resident and Sound Practitioner & Reiki Master, Genevieve Deely, as she leads participants through a relaxing, immersive sound bath experience.  Genevieve will use the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls to soothe the mind, body and soul.  Sound baths are a meditative experience that “bathes” those in attendance in soothing sound waves that can help reduce stress and induce sleep, creativity and relaxation.

Participants can be in a seated position or should bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow to lie down.

This program will be held at Denville Town Hall, 1 St. Mary’s Place
