Navigating Hope – in Person

Navigating Hope, is a mobile outreach initiative designed to provide social services. It is a partnership between the Morris County Department of Human Services and Family Promise of Morris County. On site, Navigating Hope will offer benefits eligibility screenings and application assistance, as well as linkage to other community services. Visit the Navigating Hope van to
- apply for SNAP, Medicaid, TANF, Temporary Assistance and other assistance
- get connected to help with health and wellness, domestic violence, aging, WIC, EITC, and other services
Navigating Hope is proud to participate in Team Up, a partnership between Morris County and the Mental Health Association of Essex and Morris. Team Up focuses on mental health issues exacerbated by COVID-19, with a focus on suicide prevention. No registration is necessary.
