Mindful Meditation – In Person

Join us and Yogini Karen Noel for our next session of Mindful Meditations. This gentle series of classes will focus on yoga poses, meditations and breath work. Please wear loose comfortable clothing, eat a light breakfast prior to class and bring a yoga mat with you. This session will run from September 12 – December 26 (no class on November 7). You only need to register once for the session, registration will be open through December. All classes will take place at the Denville Public Library.
