Frederick Douglass: Abolitionist, Orator, Man for Equality – Virtual Program

This lecture is designed to widen our appreciation for this African American abolitionist, orator, newspaper publisher, and author who is famous for his first autobiography, Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass, an American Slave, Written by Himself. He became the first Black U.S. marshal and was the most photographed American man of the 19th century.  Presented by Alexander Clemente. Zoom link will be sent out prior to the event.
