Queer History in New Jersey – Virtual Program

Uncovering Queer Figures in History: A lecture on New Jersey’s queer historical figures.  This lecture will highlight key, queer figures in New Jersey that might have been missed in other history lessons. Rutgers professor Krystin Scorsone works with the Queer Newark Oral History Project to present queer history talks and presentations. They have a degree in American Studies with a specialty in Women’s and Gender History. Zoom link will be sent out prior to the program.  This program is being presented along with other libraries within MAIN.
