Event Details

Karen Noel will teach us learn how to move and breathe,  safely and deliberately, so as to relieve stiffness and fatigue we are holding in our bodies. One can expect positive results of restoration, and self-alignment with our true nature.  Please wear loose clothing, eat a small breakfast and have either a chair or a mat with you as is your preference.

This will run from January 5 – February 9
