Yoga – In Person

Karen Noel, Yogini will lead us in a blend of yoga, meditation and breathwork. A great way to start your day! This series will run for five (5) weeks: May 21, 28, June 18 & 25. There will be no session on June 4 or 11th. You only need to register once for the series. Please bring your yoga mat with you! Donations to help cover the costs of this ongoing program are always appreciated. The suggested amount is $5 per class. Please register here.
