The Cathars and the Albigensian Crusade

While the better known crusades were fought over the “Holy Land,” some European Crusaders never even needed to leave their own country, let alone the Continent of Europe. This conflict of the 13th Century pitted crusading Christians against other “Christians.” This lecture will explain how and why. Presented by Alexander Clemente.
