“Super Soups”. Registered Dietitian Kaitlin Bennett will show attendees how to make winter soups using some of the Super Foods we’ve been hearing so much about.
Super Foods such as kale, blueberries, beans and oats are touted as being a nutrient-rich foods considered to be especially beneficial for health and well-being. Ms. Bennett’s presentation will include nutritional information about a variety of super foods as well as information on how to incorporate them in your diet. This is a food program which may contain or have foods that have come into contact with common allergens. If you have food allergies please make them known to staff upon arriving for the program. We cannot guarantee an allergen free environment.
