Enjoy the many benefits of Qi Gong with this series of five sessions taught by Karen Noel. Qi Gong Qi Gong is called the art of effortless power. It mirrors the movement of nature. Try these flowing stretches and movements to increase your vitality, boost the lung energy and immune system, and bring your body to a place of inner balance. All sessions are virtual but if you would like to help cover costs you are welcome to make a suggested donation of $5 per session to the Denville Library. All donations should be mailed to the Denville Library at 121 Diamond Spring Road, Denville, NJ 07834 with a note that it is for Summer Yoga. The Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants prior to each week’s session.
