Join us at the Denville library with Karen Noel for an exciting workshop. All levels are welcome to join us in a Stretch and Breathe five week series, Monday evenings commencing Sep 9 @ 6:30 pm. This class will last an hour. Bring a yoga mat and towel and show up ready to engage some deep, mindful stretching and soft flow breathing. Expect to release tightness and fatigue from the muscle groups of the body. Joints will feel a positive change as we take discomfort from them through easy to follow movement and simple, effective breathing methods.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and ingest a light meal. Patrons must register for all 5 sessions.
Suggested $5 donation per class at the door.
Registration Details: Denville residents only may sign up now. Residents of the neighboring communities may sign up beginning Monday September 2nd.
