Event Details

Mindfulness Meditation is the psychological process of bringing one’s attention to present moment life experiences.  One’s ability can develop through the routine practice of still and moving meditation training.  Mindful breathwork (pranayama) flow shall be incorporated into the sessions.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.  Suggested $5 donation per class at the door.

 

Registration is required for all six classes.
