Qi-Gong is a moving meditation which uses slow, graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to strengthen your mind-body connection, reduce stress, calm anxiety and improve circulation while enhancing your overall health.
 
Join us at the Denville Public library for a Demo/lecture on Qi-Gong on Tuesday, February 26th from 9:30-10-30 am.  Registration is required for this class.
