Through the ancient healing philosophy and practice of yoga we can learn how to increase vitality, enhance mood and stabilize our thoughts. Please join us for this back to school series; Tuesdays, 9:30am, Sept 14, 21, 28, Oct 5, 12, 19, & 26. (Registration is for all sessions – you only need to register once)
Wear comfortable, loose fitted clothing, eat lightly prior to session. Bring your yoga mat and/or have a chair handy (should it be that kind of day for you).
