In this Monday evening guided meditation series we shall explore mindfulness  training. Enhance the way you walk through life and improve the way you feel;  life-changing centering techniques shall be explored.  Great for calming the agitated mind, enhanced lung support and restful sleep.  You choose your setting: seated on your yoga mat or positioned in a chair with optimal spinal support.  Presented by Karen Noel.  Registration is for the full series:  May 10, 17 and 24, June 14 and 21 at 7pm.
