Mindfulness Meditation is the psychological process of bringing one’s attention to present moment life experiences.  One’s ability can develop through the routine practice of still and moving meditation training.   Today more than ever we welcome the silence that nurtures our nature.  Presented by Karen Noel.  This session will be done using Zoom.  All registered patrons will receive login information via email.
