Mindful Meditations – In Person

Join us and Yogini Karen Noel for our summertime session of Mindful Meditations. This gentle series of classes will focus on yoga poses, meditations and breath work. Please wear loose comfortable clothing, eat a light breakfast prior to class and bring a yoga mat with you. This session will run from June 27 through August 29 (no class on July 4th). You only need to register once for the session. All classes will take place in the Community Room at Town Hall, 1 St. Mary’s Place.
