Please join Karen in continuance of your yoga practice. We will center ourselves using breathing practices and positive imagery. We will align, flow and stretch (body and mind). “With deliberate practice one shall witness positive results in the space of a grateful heart” – Karen Noel
Wear comfortable clothing, have a mat and eat a light breakfast. Have a chair handy should you feel compelled to use.  Registration is for all six (6) sessions.  Dates are: October 27, Nov 3, 10, 17, 24 and December 1st.  Zoom link will be provided upon registration.
