Come for a relaxing and informative intro level class discussing the unlimited benefits of meditation for health and well-being. We will explore different meditation exercises to introduce you to easy-to-follow principles and practices which can be used and enjoyed by anyone, regardless of your level of experience.  Class presented by Cindy Strom.
