Join us for a weekly yoga session with Yogini Karen Noel. Karen combines yoga with breathwork and meditation for relaxing way to start the day. This session of classes will run from September 17 through October 22nd. You only need to register once for all the classes. To register, click HERE. Please bring your yoga mat to each class. Donations to help cover the cost of this ongoing program are always appreciated. The suggested amount is $5 per class.
