By popular request, we bring you this Thursday evening lecture; timely for holiday season.
This lecture will educate us on the benefits of specific routine breathing practices for enhanced sleep.  Simple methods and reasons why we should include in our daily lives. Our health will improve, thereby producing positive pathways leading us to a more restful state of life and repose.
Have a chair handy and a yoga mat, blanket and pillow. Come with an open heart and an open mind!
