Our art class is now full. Thank you!
Calling all artists!
In our next session of After School Art, we will learn about Haitian-American artist Jean-Michel Basquiat. Much like the fictional Harry Potter, Basquiat had his own “cupboard under the stairs” as a child, which he used as his personal art studio!
Grades 2-7, please join us on Wednesday, November 16th at 4:30 pm as we discover that street art is much more than just graffiti. We will especially look at the Basquiat paintings that author Maya Angelou used in her children’s poetry book, Life Doesn’t Frighten Me.
Ms. Chris and Ms. Maryellen are always so thrilled with what our young artists create. We are really looking forward to seeing your artwork! Please register on the RSVP button below. Thank you!
