Come into your own with self-awareness training. Explore the link between yogic breath and guided, aligned stretching. Restore and relieve over burdened muscles and stiff joints. Empty your busy brain. Program presented by Karen Noel. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing, have a yoga mat with you and eat a light meal prior to the session. This session will run May 4, 11, 18, 25 & June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29. You need only sign up once!
