Soup’s on!

On Saturday, January 16th, the Denville Public Library hosted Kaitlin Bennett, dietitian from Shoprite, Wharton.  While here, she spoke about “Super” foods and how to incorporate them into our diets.  One super easy way to get them in is to include them in soups.  She demonstrated two soups for us: Creamy Butternut Squash Soup and Turkey, Broccoleaf & Farro Soup.  Everyone who attended was able to sample the soups and the conclusion was that they were both delicious.

Below are recipes for anyone who didn’t get a copy at the program.  Be sure to watch the Library website, Facebook and Newsletter as we will have Kaitlin back to do another cooking program.
