Join us for an introduction to this widely used social networking service where you’ll learn how to: set up an account and edit your Facebook profile; select privacy settings; find and add friends; discover and use fun apps.  Prerequisites: Must be comfortable using the keyboard and mouse and have basic knowledge of using the Internet. In order to create a new Facebook account while at the class, you must have a working email address that can be accessed online from the library.

Come and join our informal daytime knitting and crocheting MONTHLY group.  We’ll meet the last Tuesday of the month, mostly.  Instructor Maria will be on hand for questions, coaching and lessons if needed.  Bring your needles, hooks, yarn and let’s get crafty!

  • If you wish to learn to knit please bring a skein of bulky yarn and size 9 or 10 knitting needles
  • If you wish to learn to crochet please bring a skein of bulky yarn and a size I, K or M crochet hook.
