Ages 7 and up, please join certified personal trainer Melissa Schulte for Youth Power Fitness on Monday, April 28th at 5:00 pm. We'll do stretches, cardio, core training, and plyometrics, all to a great music soundtrack. It's sure to be a fun -- and sweaty! -- time.
